Factory Show
Rope workshop
Rope workshop is the first workshop to be established and has been in development for 13 years. Through automatic twisting equipment, the workshop provides raw materials with accurate twist and stable molding for the production rope. The rope production machine uses the international advanced CNC automatic braiding machine, with many models and 300+ spindles. The daily production of rope can reach 1 million meters.
Webbing
At present, there are 80+ production machines in the ribbon workshop, including shuttle looms, knitting machines, and jacquard machines. Various types of webbing can be produced according to your needs.
Fabric workshop
The fabric workshop has been established for 6 years, using German DORNIER looms, and there are currently 10+ looms and 10+ knitting machines. Before the yarn is braided, it is subjected to fiber treatment using an electronic tension warping machine. The fabrics woven from the treated yarns are smooth, smooth and evenly balanced, allowing the fabric to achieve the desired look and feel and logistical properties.
Sewing processing workshop
At present, there are 10+ sewing processing machines and 6 workers in the sewing workshop. Customized sewing production can be carried out according to requirements.
Warehouse
The warehouse area of 2000 square meters stores a large number of production raw materials and inventory products.
The sample showroom showcases samples of different types of fibers, sewing threads, ropes, webbing and rope.
