Aramid Mesh

Aramid Mesh Fabric made of non-flammable Aramid yarns. Aramid Mesh Fabric is very tear-resistant, extremely low stretching, dimensionally stable, abrasion-resistant and robust. Particularly suitable as wire rope replacement, tensioning cable, control cable, pull rope or in areas with high demand on breaking load, abrasion-resistance, light-resistance and resistance to “creep” (time- and temperature-dependent, plastic deformation under constant load).

Aramid Mesh Fabrichas a very high heat resistance. It has a melting point of 930 degrees (F) and doesn’t start to lose strength until 500 degrees (F). Aramid Mesh Fabric is also highly resistant to acids, alkalis and organic solvents. Other diameters and spools are available by special order.
